This curled leather hat rests securely atop your head, as if held in place by a magically viscous force. It has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast the slow spell from it, using your spell save DC.

Slow Shell. While wearing the hat, you gain a +1 bonus to AC if you're either concentrating on a slow spell or if you haven't moved since the start of your previous turn; this bonus is not cumulative.

Let us not forget the humble snail. They ask for little, do much, and choose their own pace. We can all hope to be as successful as they in our day to day lives.
