This silvery cloak resembles a snowy owl. While wearing it, you have resistance to cold damage, and armor you're wearing doesn't impose disadvantage on your Dexterity (Stealth) checks if it normally would. In addition, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks while in snow, and difficult terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost you extra movement.

Furthermore, your ranged attacks with a bow, crossbow, or thrown weapon are silent if you're hidden while wearing this cloak. As a result, missing with such an attack doesn't reveal your location.
