Arming Ring
Ring, uncommon
While wearing this ring, you can use a bonus action to summon a mundane melee weapon of your choice to the hand that's wearing it, such as a handaxe, scimitar, or whip. The weapon can't have the two-handed or special property, and it immediately vanishes if it's no longer in your hand, if you summon another weapon in this way, or if you're no longer wearing the ring. The weapon is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
"Just because you don't see a weapon doesn't mean that I'm not armed."

Love this one! Very simple yet awesomely effective. I homebrewed a ring that did this for shields a few years back, so you could don a shield as a bonus action instead of an action, and wouldn't have to deal with the encumbrance except in combat. This is much like that. I changed the verbage from 'summon' to 'conjure', at least at my table. To me, summon implies that you're summoning a specific weapon from somewhere, effectively taking it from somewhere else - like, for example, summoning the sword from the hand of the soldier threatening you. By using the word 'conjure', I think it better specifies that you just create the weapon from the aether instead of removing it from somewhere else.
With 2024 Weapon Mastery properties, this is actually such a cool item. Assuming you have the training, you always have the right tool for the job to land whichever mastery property you need.
Definitely part of the intended benefits! Have fun!
