Hag's Head Flail

A withered hag's head hangs at the end of this magic flail. On a hit, it deals necrotic damage instead of its normal type. A creature hit with the head then suffers the effects of the hex spell (Strength checks only) as if you cast it (no concentration required). The spell lasts for 1 minute or until the flail hits a different creature. For the duration, the hag's eyes follow the location of the hexed target, provided it's within 90 feet of the flail, even if it's invisible.

Curse. This weapon is cursed. When you make an attack roll with this weapon and roll a 1 on the d20, you're affected by this version of the hex spell with the following differences: the spell ends at the start of your next turn, and you take the extra 1d6 damage from the spell whenever you're hit by an attack.
