Tie Breaker

Weapon (any hammer), very rare (requires attunement)

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, as well as to any contested check you make using Strength. Whenever you make a contested check while the hammer is on your person, you always win the contest if it results in a tie.

In addition, you score a critical hit whenever the total of an attack roll with the hammer is equal to the target's AC.
