0.8 UAF Deadline Confirmed
Hello everyone,
I'd like to finally declare a release date for the upcoming major patch. Regardless of the mod's readiness level, it will be released at 22nd February 2026 ( UAF's 4th Year Release Anniversary ).
There will be no delays except for one condition. If there's a hint that Starsector might drop another major patch then we must be prepared for it. Otherwise, I think it's ready to be played. We're just in the process of cleaning up the mod, deleting obsolete stuff and search for game breaking bugs and glitches with what few pair of hands and eyes we got.
The patch note will continuously be updated when I have something more to show.
If you guys got any questions, please write down below.
Oh and I'm sincerely apologize for the lack of update for more than 2 years. I hope this patch will make the wait worthwhile.
Sincerely,
CY

Seeing the recent development got me back into starsector, and even to try some new content of the UAF mod I hadn't tried. I've been feining for a new UAF update, since I'm going in blind. Will there be any patreon beta build?
