Mega64 Movie Club: Portrait of a Lady On Fire
Sorry for the short delay on getting this episode out, but here it is, almost as long as the damn movie itself!
Kill the soundtrack and remove all men from the premises (at least, their physical presence). It's time to PAINT. Let's sketch up a Portrait of a Lady On Fire and see what everyone thought of it.
Next week's movie is THE WHALE (for real this time).

this is one of my favorite films and is very important to me so i really appreciated hearing you guys’ thoughts and insights about it!
Skinamarink would be awesome for movie club
Immediately thought of Phantom Thread when they brought up the image of a ghostly bride. I saw Phantom Thread when it came out and remember feeling weirdly put off by it, but came back to it last year and found it really really good, might be my favorite PTA, recommend a rewatch.
Does anyone have a list of the scores up until now?
