Mega64 Movie Club: Almost Famous
Almost Famous is one of Shawn's favorite movies from when he was younger. This rock and roll "hero's journey" was a beloved cult favorite from the early 2000's. But a lot of early 2000's movies kinda have a certain funk to them, you know? Is this one exempt, or has it aged badly? Let's revisit it and find out!
Next week's movie is THE LAST DUEL.

Some of my favorite parts that didn’t get mentioned include the Led Zeppelin super fan, and the house party. Great episode, you really spoke to the heart of the movie.
I appreciate Derrick going over the plot in these. Especially in episodes like the last one where I'm just probably never going to see the movie.
Just a heads up; this post was incorrectly tagged as a friendimension and not Movie Club.
Thanks! Fixed!
