Derrick has a legitimate gripe regarding the snake spectacles. Unfortunately, you only have 1 attempt to guess who it is, if you miss you lose. These games were a sham

According to at least the ruleset I've found online guessing incorrectly you lose, so I think all games today are void! But perhaps that was added in a later edition.
The snake with glasses situation is even more controversial than the bug stunt in my humble opinion.
