Mega64 Movie Club: Duel (1971)
Rocco has loved this movie since he was a kid—but Shawn's never seen it. So how does this made-for-TV Spielberg thriller hold up today? Let's find out.

Shawn, please add more episodes to Movie Club on Spotify! It's great to fall asleep to!
Rocco should do an episode talking about the Holy Mountain. I was pretty disappointed to hear him just about to talk about it on a podcast episode only to be cut off by Derrick making fun of him for mentioning the theatre he saw it at and he ended up not talking about it. I'd like to hear his thoughts on it after also watching it recently for the first time, very interesting and strange film
Could always go for another vehicle horror movie with Maximum Overdrive, not sure how it holds up compared to Duel but its got a green goblin truck?
You guys should watch Chernobyl Diaries. I don't know why, but its a fun movie.
Eyes Wide Shut.
Definitely do Somethign Evil and the other Spielberg early film for next next week. Other ideas: Anatomy of a Fall, Nickelboys (two amazing unique Oscar movies you both missed) or finally Kinds of Kindness
I'm short but do I have Rocco energy?
Excited for sandlot!
rocco is the eepy king
Have you done Eraserhead yet? Have Shawn watch that because it's a movie about a dad
Great pick! Would love to see more Spielberg film reviews
I would love to hear there thoughts on After Hours (1985). It could be Shawn’s first exposure to Cheech and Chong.
i love movie club!!! and i love duel! me and my bro have talked about this movie forever and i've never heard anyone else talk about it. I always think about the many close ups of the panicking sweating main character
When I met Rocco he is very tall and he doesn’t have short guy energy
