Future of Camuflaje Sims Patreon (Life & CC creating Update)

I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to share a little life update and talk about the future of this account.

Life Update :

As many of you know, I had a baby in September 2025, and life has changed quite a bit since then. I struggled severely with postpartum depression for about seven months. Living in another country without family, friends, or any help, while my husband was often traveling for work, made everything even harder.

I was physically and mentally exhausted, and although I wanted to create more, one collection per month was honestly all I could manage. I even started waking up at 5 AM, exercising, and sleeping only five hours a night just to find time for myself and my work.

In May, we finally went back home, where being around my family and friends helped me feel much better. We returned abroad in August for my husband's volleyball season, and although some of those difficult feelings came back, I'm in a much better place mentally now.

I truly want to apologize for not being able to give you more over the past year. I tried incredibly hard, but sometimes I simply couldn't do more.

Creating CC and being part of this community have always meant so much to me, especially during some of the hardest moments of my life. I never stopped creating, and I hope I never will! ❤️

We're currently looking into daycare or hiring a nanny so I can finally dedicate more time to creating again.

I've already released two collections this month, and my goal moving forward is to release two or three collections every month, with more content than I was able to create in 2025!

Of course, life can be unpredictable, and there might be months when I can't quite reach that goal, but I hope you'll understand.

Regarding the tiers :

Fashionable Gold and Platinum tiers will have exclusive early access to one collection each month! ❤️ This collection will be available exclusively to these tiers for the first 10 days, after which it will also become available to the Fashionable Silver tier. After 30-35 days it becomes available for everyone, as usual.

Regarding the type of content I will be creating :

There's been quite a bit of debate over the past year about whether I'm a Maxis Match or Alpha creator. Well, I'd say I'm somewhere in between!

What has really changed, though, is the way I create my CC. I've shifted my focus to creating meshes primarily in Blender, aiming for a more Maxis Match look because I personally feel that the geometry, overall shape, and details look much better in-game. I still create some pieces in Marvelous Designer and ZBrush and then retopologize them, but Blender has become my main focus. My texturing process has changed quite a bit as well. I now do much more hand-painted texturing, but I still love Substance Painter, so I combine both methods depending on what I feel looks best for each piece. That's really all there is to it! I simply feel that my newer CC looks better in-game compared to my older creations. I'm still learning, experimenting, and improving with every collection, especially since my workflow used to rely heavily on Marvelous Designer and, in later years, ZBrush.

At the end of the day, I'm not trying to fit strictly into either the Maxis Match or Alpha category. I'm just creating CC in a style that I personally love and feel looks best in the game! ❤️
