There has been some murmurings from the denizens of the Grove that people would like to see Spelling BEE's What If...? get the same animated treatment that Dating Rules What If...?s got a few months back.

I'm hoping for giantess to make a comeback, but I'm not surprised at the results. This is the B.E. Grove, not the "Really Tall Lady" Grove.

Had to vote for gigantomastia, and I'm happy it's winning. Although I'm not surprised Giantess is close behind it. I almost wonder if it's worth a version where several effects stacked with each other. Like Gigantomastia to start. Followed by Giantess. And then Lactation for even more boob growth finishing with a white shower.
A lactating Giantess with impossibly large breast sounds... hot!

I made the hard call between a multi vote or singular, I thought there was a less inevitable outcome if I gave only a single vote. But we shall see.

It's neck and neck right now. Personally I expected a close race between giantess and gigantomastia, but would love to be surprised.

If the world was a fair place you should get 1 vote per tit... so a 60+ tit lady is your best bet... but I am not sure that we live in that fair land.
With how the growing works will love to see giantess. Her going all teeny and curveless then an explosion of flesh as she grows to a goddess
That is how it will play out, if giantess were to win. An inhalation, then explosion and... yep, still growing... and growing...
I still think we should be able to choose up to three Myself. I really wanna see amazonian, polymastia or futanaria.
