Great comic! The growth option seems more popular, but the bigger implants really seems to be the only choice that fits in with the story so far.

I was torn between "Macie decides to push her luck and see the max implant size she can go" and "Macie's boobs begin to spontaneously grow even larger.". I chose the latter, but hoping she enjoys it.
I wouldn't mind her descending into lust while her boobs grow . . .
Which will cause her boobs to be biggest? Getting the max implant size or spontaneous growth? Because that will affect my vote
