In some parallel dimension is a rat standing on the table with it's arms crossed and glaring at the DM, "Really didn't think this through did you?"

To be honest I had considered just having him go straight for it and not have her interrupt, though that just felt like it would take a number of pages to resolve, without adding enough to the overall arc.
