We feed frozen. And it’s through our local reptile shop. We have 4 a month. That’s for our Corn. Our baby hognose on the other hand is a diva and eats once every 2-3 weeks. We offer every week and a few times a week if she isn’t eating 🤦‍♀️

Fortunately it is illegal to feed live in my country.

I feed frozen/thawed 4ish times a month since I just have 1 baby ball python. I buy locally from a family owned reptile store.

I buy my rodents locally. We have a reptile chain here and I always get pre-killed for my boa. I only have 1 snake and she's being fed 3 times a month-ish? Depending on the month. I normally go every 14 days or so. Anything less than 14 days apart and she get's chunky and I don't want her to get obese. I just switched to feeding her rats slightly larger than adult mice too.

Most of my ball pythons only take live, a few of them will take both frozen thawed or live. My hog noses,bull snakes, and Florida king snake are on frozen thawed. 2. I get my live rats and ASFs from someone who lives 3.5hrs from me. And I order my frozen thawed rats from Rodent Pro. I get the frozen thawed pinky and fuzzy mice locally. 3. I go through 120 rats of various sizes and 50-75 ASFs of various sizes every month. I go through 8 fuzzy mice. Was going through about 48 pinkies with 2 hognoses. Till I upped them to fuzzies. I have only have had the Florida king snake, the bull snakes and 2 of the 4 hognoses for a little while.

I feed frozen thawed, I order on line (which I’ve had excellent results while saving a LOT of money). I go through approximately 8 rodents per month. Once a week times two snakes : )

The 3-4 worms total is per feeding by the way.

Usually I feed only live worms and frozen thawed fish (only the safe ones) to my male and female red coast garter snake. I use about 3-4 worms total and some fish pieces. I buy them locally at the Walmart here and Fry's. I go through about 25-ish Canadian night crawlers and a lot of fish at least half a Pacific cod.

In the UK Frozen thawed, online, a variety of sizes at the moment for 23 snakes, 11 ball pythons, 2 x Black rat snake babies, 2 x False water cobra babies, 2 x toffee belly het sable + axanthic hognose babies, 2 x mexican black kingsnakes 1 and 2 yr old and a Hypo het Khal BCI. I don't know exactly, but roughly 80 - 100, a lot of those are pinkies at the moment though. Large weaners 20, Med weaners 20, xxl mice 4, pinkies x 30, hoppers/small mice 12. I also feed some salmon to the falsies and my female hognose as she won't take a pinky unless it's wrapped in salmon atm. And the Ball pythons don't always eat every week, so it does vary. We had a cornsnake rescue years ago. She is gone now but... we fed her frozen thawed (fortunately she already ate those when we got her). We bought them locally at Pet Smart. She ate every 3 to 4 days, so on average 2 a week/8 to 9 a month.

By small he was 6g at 6 months, he’s now 31g at just over a year.

1 - I feed frozen thawed. I'm so glad things have changed since the 90s. FT is why I got back into snakes. 2 - I buy online most of the time, but purchased at a local family-owned pet store and once at an expo as I was getting a baby hoggie and didn't have extra-small pinkies. 3 - Usually I go through 2-3 small rats and 6-8 extra small pinkie mice (doubling up as they are too small and I want to get through them before buying more).

I feed frozen/thawed. I buy online from various sources. And I go through roughly 80 rodents a month. Give or take. I have about 30 that eat weekly and another 20 or so that eat bi-weekly to monthly. Again, give or take. I’m estimating kind of low, I’m sure.

I don’t own a snake, but I’ll tell the statistics of my hamsters diet instead- what’s funny is that a snake would eat her… I buy a dry seed mixture for her, locally bought and produced :D and about 1-2 kilo(s) per 3 months

I’m in South Australia, with a marble Childrens Python. I feed frozen/thawed from the local breeder I got her from. I buy 10 weaners a month and she’s currently eating 8, but she does occasionally eat 3 a week. She seems to prefer multiple smaller ones than 1 big one right now 🐍

I feed frozen, and buy in bulk through rodentpro. I go through 6 small rats, 9 hairless small mice, and 16 mice fuzzies a month.

We have 5 ball pythons and tried switching to f/t, but they weren't having it, so we feed live every other week. We were buying from a friend, who's a small, local breeder, but she was having trouble with rat production, then started having personal issues, so now we buy from a pet store about 35 minutes away because idk where else to buy from. We don't have room to breed our own.

We have 28 snakes and we feed them primarily live, sometimes Frozen. Never buy them. We farm our own ASFs & Rats. We feed 28 minimum weekly & biweekly depending on the young snakes verses the grown ones.

We live in the UK, and therefore are only allowed to feed frozen. We used to purchase these from a small, independent & local company. Unfortunately they have now closed, and so we buy online. The local pet stores here are not the greatest. We then purchase about 15 - 20, as we have a hognose & Pac-Man who both like the mice! This roughly gets us through a couple months.

I have a litter of Kenyan Sand Boas and I got a colony of ASF and I’m feeding the babies love pinkies when my girls have litters. I got through 15 small rats every 14-21 days. And various smaller sizes every 7-10 days.

We feed F/t. We get them locally. We have 2 hognoses: female, 14 mo, 128g. 4-5 f/t hoppers for her per month. The male is 8 mo, 14g, and gets 6 f/t pinkies per month We got these guys from Snakeful Grace and they have always been unscented f/t.

Big Apple 🍎 Herp. I buy in big bags of 50 or more plus a small frozen bunny 🐰 for my boa constrictor. I have a colony of live rats 🐀 and a colony of live mice 🐁 to help supplement the live cost. Otherwise every other week I buy live mice and it costs me $110 for 22 live mice 🐁
