Manual Location Update

I signed on as a fe member because I’m not really interested in manuals. But I’d like to see Ricardo’s book. What do I need to do to access it? Also I have some ideas on future videos that may or may not be of interest to many of your other subscribers. Is there a way to send them to you without bothering everyone else? Thanks!
