The Brisbane Drop Tank Video is UP
OK, I know a lot of you saw the preview. The full video is now up. I hope you like it. It's add free for now. Of course that will change when it goes public.
I didn't intend it as an anti-bomber mafia or a P-47 range video, but it sort of came out that way. There just isn't a way to talk about range and drop tanks for this plane without blurring into that.
Please let me know what drop tank issues from the debate I need to cover or clarify. That could be a point I didn't prove that still needs evidence, or a point Mr. Marshall made that I didn't adequately disprove. I'll try to work that into the next video which is on Thunderbolt missions in the Pacific, which is almost done.

hi greg could you explain us with more details the method to consume less fuel. I didn't understand it very well
Thanks everyone, John, I'll have a new video up within about 24 hours which may answer your questions. Let me know.
I’d really like to chat about this on the phone. I’m having a hard time putting my thoughts down here. I really think I have identified where you need to focus some energy to fully convince me of your thesis. I’ll keep trying to summarize where I haven’t been convinced yet via text.
Hey Greg 3 things as a fan who calls Brisbane home 1. THANK YOU 2. It’s Bris-Bin not Bris-Baan 3. It New Farm not Farms
Thanks, I just reloaded it with a minor correction. I had the wrong chart up at one point. It's fixed.
Incredibly interesting and comprehensive video once again, no need to excuse the slight bomber mafia focus. It was necessary for context and it makes me happy in a very unprofessional and prejudiced way. I mean those guys thought they knew better than the RAF Bomber Command, took the wrong clues from WW2, learned nothing form Korea only to stumble into Vietnam completely unprepared (may include hyperbole and irrational personal opinion).
That's a fair point. Fixed.
Adequately has two “e”s. 😊
