No reason to react to Missing Pieces when you could be reacting to Date A Live instead : )

Hena · January 28, 2024

Horimiya had its moments, but it was pretty flat to me I'd rather have another entertaining romcom for the slot

H
Happy Trees · January 28, 2024

I'd rather have something new than a bunch of stuff they skipped over in the original that they went back and animated.

Eli Gamarra · January 28, 2024

I think you should give it a watch. Though be sure to keep in mind that Missing Pieces is supposed to show parts from the manga that weren’t adapted in the first season, so some things may seem a bit off at some points. Either way it’s still really good and enjoyable so it’s up to you.

Gavin Daniels · January 28, 2024

I would love y’all’s reaction (horimiya is my number 1 romcom) but it’s not like I’m gonna unsub cuz y’all don’t 🤷🏻‍♂️

t
translucentmin · January 28, 2024

I'd say watch when you have some downtime. Right now there are other interesting romcoms airing, like Sign of Affection (which has actual college students in it lol)

WEEZY · January 27, 2024

Nothing really happens, Mostly just extra content but no more real plot. Only watch them if you want to.

A
Angel · January 27, 2024

Never heard of it but I’m down to watch. “7th Time Loop” is my romance slot in this season of anime releases. It’s really good in my opinion.

A
AretarZ · January 27, 2024

Yep, it really funny.

A
AzazZe3L · January 27, 2024

I would like to see Missing pieces.

G
GosbotFire · January 27, 2024

I would like to see you react to it but understand if you decided to skip it.

S
Stegosaurus Fan · January 27, 2024

Yes. I can see the argument against it I guess, but personally I’d love to see it

G
GuyverZer0 · January 27, 2024

Would say host another poll and throw missing pieces against either other romcoms or other anime in general. I would skip based on backlog of what is out there.

S
Sharles Davis Kendy · January 27, 2024

I never even heard of it. But I never know where to point out new anime so might as well do it here I guess? Me and my girl started 'Sasaki and Peeps' this week and that first episode is a god damned roller coaster ride. I would bet money you won't guess how it ends from how it starts. Now will it make you money? Shit, if I knew that I'd be in the reaction business. But I feel pretty confident y'all would like it.

A
Alex · January 27, 2024

I'll watch it with you, skipped it for myself since i read the manga, but it's worth watching with yall.

J
J Man · January 27, 2024

Absolutely not waste of time

c
chaosdreamer · January 27, 2024

Yes!! My only concern is how much you actually remember from Horimiya since you've watched so many things since then. Missing Pieces does not tell linear story as it is literally just scenes of "other stuff that happened during the school years from season 1" and you might have a hard time if you're constantly trying to figure out when something is happening in relation to what you've already watched instead of just enjoying and reacting to what you're now watching on screen.

R
R'ja Norr · January 27, 2024

I endorse this statement.

R

A
AJJ · January 27, 2024

Yes for me I enjoyed watching it and if you like the characters you would like it to.

D
Daisuke_Takahiro · January 27, 2024

Missing Pieces is great if you enjoyed the comedy aspect of the anime. Also you get to see more of the side characters like the perv teacher and the colored hair squad. It's a great cool down from action anime as I think it's worth it! 🥰

E
Exiova · January 27, 2024

I would say skip it. If they wanted us to watch all that bonding and character development they shouldnt have rushed the anime in the first place.

P
Patrick Rukundo · January 27, 2024

You can pass on this, it’s more so for the fans that wanted to view some skipped content from s1

J
John Ng · January 27, 2024

Pieces is just filling in the missing stories that you have watched in Horimiya. Thus you're going to get heartache watching preheartbreak Sakura doing her best to make Toru notice her. Or rehash of the group's relationship. The only episode worth watching is the flashback of Hori's parents during their school days. Other than that, I'd say skip it for personal viewing instead.

M
MO · January 27, 2024

For me I skipped it because I got confused is it before or after they started dating but I can recommend a similar show you can ask the viewers if they want to you to react to it its called ( ore monogatari ).

E
Exiova · January 27, 2024

Its all the stuff they skipped in between. I tried watching it but they didnt even animate what they skipped in order so its more confusing when the things that happen take place.

L
Lexxlionz · January 27, 2024

I didn’t watch them but if you reacted I will

P
Pontiac Fredersen · January 27, 2024

Nah, skip please 🥺

M
Mak V · January 27, 2024

According to anime websites, only 15-20% watched this side story. I like the original, but it's not worth the slot and time of ordinary people since it's not a real next season. These hardcore fans are the loudest only cuz ppl who dropped Horimiya have no idea what is going on. Make a poll, and Hori will drown.

C
Chris Hee · January 27, 2024

Yes please! I'd love to see Missing Pieces!

s
strange& sleepless · January 27, 2024

i mean I would watch the reaction but i'm def more hyped for toradora rn

O

Yes please

e
enkhee erdenebat · January 27, 2024

it would be nice to watch

S
SheerReaper · January 27, 2024

not really, not worth the time slot, Horimiya season 1 got it all, the missing piece is building the character developments between season 1 episodes [which s1 skipped/shortened]. you'll only watch it if you love Horimiya characters and want to know more about them.

T
Thamor · January 27, 2024

I would say pass

H
HorriblyUnoriginal · January 27, 2024

The base anime speedran the manga and skipped like 50%+ of it. Missing pieces fills it in a bit more. If you liked the show, go for it. If you didn't love it, probably don't.

Y
YaBoyRockLee Reactions · January 27, 2024

Watching and reacting are judged differently. No problem watching it. But i “react” to content you guys wanna see. You collectively start saying Jump. I jump. Thats all there is to it. Lol.

J
Juice · January 27, 2024

Totally, it’s a great watch if you really liked the cast.

d
dani oz · January 27, 2024

Yes sir

J

YES

m
mitch anderson · January 27, 2024

It's really good for adding to the relationships in the show. Think of it this way, if they had known the shows success then the missing pieces would've made the show properly

J
John Longoria · January 27, 2024

It’s really good I vote yes

J
Jared Williams · January 27, 2024

It was definitely a very worth it watch and I found the humor shown through more than on the original show which I liked

K
Knightmare · January 27, 2024

Yes please watch missing pieces

A
Ari · January 27, 2024

Yes! Please watch it! If you liked Horimiya, then it’s just more of the good stuff and more comedy.

F
Fathx19 · January 27, 2024

Honestly I really liked it, I personally think it’s better on the funny side than season 1

A
AlmaWade 1979 · January 27, 2024

Absolutely, it makes the whole story more complete and everything about it better. It also has way more comedy, so good for a reaction, imo.

M
Mufid Lassissi · January 27, 2024

While I love it. I’m more interested in you diving into a new world . It’s more refreshing

A
