If you cook the sauce with chopped onions and finish the dish with some chopped green onions, a little sesame oil, and a friend egg on top, it really brings out a genuine jjajangmyeon taste. Either way, it鈥檚 delicious, especially with egg

You can add all sorts of things to punch it up. A little ground pork (garlic ginger), scallops (clean protein), shrimp (clean protein), fresh julienned cucumber. Saut茅ed squash, your veg of choice. Or just eat it straight up, cuz it takes 5 minutes to make and 2 minutes to eat.

try mixing this with a package of Neoguri noodles and experience heaven! then you have the dish from Parasite that mom made for the son with a side of sirloin~ called chappaguri[idk why they called it ramdon in the movie but nonetheless]
Random + ramen + Japanese word for bowl = Ramdon? Japanese people have a bad time telling the difference between M and N sounds.
