I have so much beef with kdrama kissing and I think cdramas do it better, BUT, one of my fave scenes is in a show call Because This is My First Life. Another is in a drama called Her Private Life. I don't think you've seen those, but Business Proposal has some good ones too.
WELL my personal fave is in a drama yall haven't reacted to yet and it's with my husband LDW in Bad and Crazy

My first vote is in my opinion one of the most realistic kisses in kdramas the one in “what’s wrong with secretary kim” it gets voted a lot. The second one would be the one that scarred Director and yourself in business proposal with the two main leads and also the second couple “taking the glasses off kiss”. I have more suggestions however let me give other people a chance 😂
