Live Action Reaction Rebirth PLEASE READ CAPTION PLEASE PLEASE

Wheel of Time is great. I started reading the books in middle school over 15 years ago and I had a blast with the show. Plenty of other book readers enjoy it too, don't let people fool you into thinking only non-book readers like it. It is not perfect and there are a few things I didn't like as well but overall I have a blast watching it. And S2 was even better than S1, imo. I think the show is going to be really on point next season. (S3 has already been greenlit tho it won't release until late next year so you have time to watch S1-2.) The show makes for GREAT reactions as long as you can avoid people spoiling in the comments. I highly recommend if you do react to it, that you get a moderator if you don't have one already.

Let me reiterate: Wheel of Time is about a 6/10 at best. That’s the general review of it from thousands of reviewers on IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes. Most of the other shows mentioned are atleast 7/10 with most being 8 or 9 out of 10. ——- Really hoping you watch a good show that you won’t get frustrated by and feel forced to react to week on and week out.

Wheel of time

wheel of time is pretty good

Dark is also a great show and is trippy and a mind bender for sure

House of usher is great and I think is still relevant enough to garner views. It is also very thought provoking.

Short but really good shows from the comments on this post: Fall of the House of Usher, The Bear, Warrior, and Dark. ———— Absolutely S-tier but a bit longer: Succession. (You three would enjoy this show to no end…..like it’s perfect for your humor type too.) ———— And finally these are very good shows but not AS highly acclaimed as the ones I just mentioned: Warrior, Yellowjackets, Reacher, Snowfall and Snowpiercer. ———- Yes, I watched all of them and looked at multiple review sites too and all the shows are just great TV. So what would I recommend for the channel considering viewership and worthwhile watch: House of Usher, Succession, The Bear, and Barry first. Then Warrior. Then the rest.

Just ask Roshi how good House of Usher was. Man said it was “perfect tv”.

House of Usher is very, very, very good. You’d love it. Right up you trio alley.

Night agent and warrior are both top tier and on the short side

why not snowfall

The Night agent is a good live action show on Netflix. Only 1 season ten episodes 50 minutes. action thriller. Also has a pretty female as one of the leads.

The last kingdom on Netflix. I’ve recommended it so many times know and you never put any stock in it. It’s amazing

Warrior 3 season has a peak blinders fill to it. HBO MAX

Night Agent 1 season on Netflix

Shadows and Bones(2 seasons)

Fall Of House OF Usher

I haven't seen either so can't comment on the 2 mentioned. I see Barry mentioned a few times in the comments and I'm 100% into that. That's actually the show I would want you guys to start up anyways.

Yu yu hakusho is coming up soon too, but I'm guessing that's already on your radar

I've heard bad things about wheel of time. Good things about fall off the house of usher. I know little about either story personally so take that with a grain of salt. Invasion on apple TV has been a bit boring, pacing felt slow. I watched like 5 episodes a week ago and I can barely remember any of the storylines, except for the one with Sam Neil, which is probably only because I'm obsessed with jurassic Park and love the guy. I want to check out For all Mankind next. Been working my way through the apple tv catalogue

I know y'all watch a lot of kdramas but I'd love to recommend a thai drama (that's all free + available to watch on youtube with english subs) called GAP The Series. it's a live action yuri romance with FANTASTIC acting, and only has 12 episodes (which each have several million views on youtube), it's a really fun time. so far mostly only other lesbians/queer women have reacted to it, but those have all done pretty well, and as a lesbian I've really enjoyed your other reactions to yuri stuff, and would be super interested to see what you think of this one

barry would be fun and is fairly short, 32 episodes

Would second people’s suggestions of Barry (on HBO) and The Bear (on Hulu). Barry has 4 seasons and The Bear has 2, but both shows’ episodes are only about 30 mins each. Barry has 8 ep seasons while The Bear has an 8 and 10 ep season. To track viewer demand from other channels see Diegesis (12-20K), Blindwave (40-60k), and Jimmy Macram (8-12K) reactions for Barry. And see Reel-Time (20-30K), LM Reactions (12-20K), Trophy Reacts (5-10K), and Syntell (12-20K) for reaction viewership for the Bear

Snowfall (6seasons 10 ep each) is a great show just started watching not sure if viewership is high but yaboyroshi just finished up the series. It has great dialogue, characters are very likable and the music is sooo good.

Trillion game on Netflix

Black Cake on Hulu. 1 Season, 8 eps. It's about a Afro-Chinese Caribbean girl running from her past. It's a great opportunity to talk about the Jamaican culture. https://youtu.be/aHEF2D8yMes?si=hlfpDEqJysDludEE

Keeping the Apple TV theme - 2 more recommendations Severance - 1 season Silo - 1 season

Ted Lasso

Girl from Nowhere. Only 2 seasons, I've only seen the first, but it was really good.

The Horrors of Dolores Roach, Amazon Prime Original, 1 season, 8eps

I mentioned it before and House of Usher still has my vote.

The Brothers Sun, Jan 2024 ep count tba Swarm, Amazon Prime Original, 1 season, 7eps Hunters, Amazon Prime Original, 2 Seasons, 19eps The Power, Amazon Prime Original, 1 season, 9 eps

Succession. Normies just started it recently and it’s already one of my all time favorites of theirs. Amazing reaction content while also being so good the final season set a record for golden globe noms. Might be too long though. Barry and the Bear are 2 other great ones. Shorter than Succession too

Penny Dreadful. 3 seasons.

All of Mike Flanagan's work like Haunting of Hill House (10 eps), Haunting of Bly Manor (9 eps), Midnight Mass (7 eps), & The Fall of the House of Usher (8 eps). He recylces most of same actors like Victoria Pedretti, who plays Love in You. Midnight Mass has a religious theme and you will love one of the villains.

Here are my suggestions: Reacher season 1 (8 eps) and season 2 is coming soon. Dark is an amazing show. Has 3 perfect season. Dark has 3 perfect seasons. Season 1 has 10 eps. Season 2 & 3 has 8 eps. You're gonna need a notebook for it. Sense 8 has great characters and I think it would do well on YT. It has 2 seasons both with 12 eps. It has a Kdrama storyline so it's kinda a 2 for one. Altered Carbon season 1 (10 eps) & seasons 2 (8 eps). Yellowjackets season 1 (10 eps) & season 2 (9eps).

Black Sails (4 seasons), the seasons are short though

Damn I got nothing for you shorter than 2 seasons, Wheel of time like others have said season one did good on YouTube reactions I think. Haven't seen season 2 yet And Altered Carbon was one of the better ones - again season one is all I've seen.

Wheel of Time diverges from the books in a way that wasn’t super satisfying. I’m speaking with bias, though. For me, it’s the CW version of the book. But those are nerd reasons.

Short Live action Snow piercer (3seasons) Biohackers (2 seasons) Altered Carbon (2 seasons) The Night Agent (10 episodes) How to sell drugs online fast (3 seasons)

wheel of time is a very good series its very worth the watch

I will recommend critically acclaimed Netflix's "Dark", it only has 3 seasons (10, 8, 8 episodes each season), it's a german TV drama, i think you guys will definitely enjoy it.

Coming out on Disney this dec 20th is a series called Percy Jackson and the lightning thief. They had movies come out a long time ago but they weren’t true to the books and never got past adapting the second one. Percy Jackson is one of those series that I would argue is right up there with Harry Potter it just never got a good adaptation to put it out to a wider audience, so basically it’s got a fan base that’s been rabid with the need for a good adaptation and to see the series get more attention as a whole for years

I recommend Reacher on Amazon. Suspense action drama. Season 2 comes out on the 15th. Season 1 has 8 episodes. You guys would enjoy it.

Reacher is really good also . It has 1 season so far and 8 episodes. The first 3 episodes of Season 2 will be released December 15 and it will be also 8 episodes in total.

Wheel of Time!

OMG, the Fall Of The House Of Usher is top tier! Highly recommend! And it is a limited series, so that would be fantastic

React to Andor. Phenomenal show.

Chernobyl is a 5 episode mini series that gets good views on youtube and is critically acclaimed. Thats a good short series.

Oh yeah and Yellowjackets....cuz it's so damn good.

Anything Mike Flanagan makes is a win. Haunting of hill house, haunting of bly manor, midnight mass, fall of the house of Usher and there's one more. I LOVE Wheel of time. It's a show my friends and I do podcast discussions for every episode. It's a giant world and book series.

If y'all enjoy bizarre and dont mind rolling back a few years to a bit older show "Legion" on FX was fantastic. 3 season about 12 episodes each and i think its on Hulu right now

Thank god for the return of live action 😂 I agree with these comments recommending snowfall / last kingdom but if you’re looking for something shorter then I think warrior / top boy are great shouts

Scatch that criminal is only 4 episodes long

So Lee your limit is 2 seasons right ?

Hijack on Apple Tv is another good one, 1 season, 10 episodes, Idris Elba plays the lead

A very short show on Netflix is called criminal (look for UK version) 8 episodes 45min

I also recommend the show See. Great apple series about the human race being blind. There’s 3 or 4 seasons if I’m not mistaken. Jason Mamoa is the lead

My recommendation is the show banshee. 4 season full of drugs, violence, and sex. Absolutely fantastic watch

My rec: The 100 Classics Live Actions that have reaction worthy content: Blacklist, vikings, Lucifer

def looking for short watches btw guys

Berry, the bear, snow fall, soa, if u like stuff like the game of thrones then the last kingdom is a good one these are just suggestions of good live action shows

House of usher is a good one. I only watched one episode of wheel of time but it looks good.

Only murders in the building is a fun watch . It’s 3 seasons and it’s 10 episodes per season. It’s available on Hulu.

SNOWFALL LEE!!! 6 seasons, 10 episodes per season. Roshi just finished up the series on his patreon, Struck by Belz is currently watching on their patreon too.
