Every reaction I put out this summer happened because y'all hold it down here, so you're getting this first. The Summer 2026 Anime Awards are officially up on the site and the polls are wide open. It covers the 11 shows I reacted to this summer: one big "Best Anime of Summer 2026" vote, plus 10 award categories inspired by the Crunchyroll Anime Awards:

🎵 Best Opening & Best Ending

👑 Best Main Character & Best Supporting Character 💞 Best Couple

💥 Best Fight / Hype Moment (Ram vs Gluttony, Eris Mad Dog, Operation Valkyrie, Ichigo's transformation...)

😈 Best Villain (Imu, Yhwach, Shamrock, Granbell, Yuuki, Ivan, Hitogami AND all three Gluttonys)

😂 Best Comedy • 🌀 Best Isekai • 🎨 Best Animation

Plus a bonus poll, because somebody has to settle it: who is Rentaro's best girlfriend?

All 17 girls from The 100 Girlfriends anime are on the ballot. You get one vote per category, and the results show after you vote. Everything's sitting at zero right now, so every vote counts big.

Then scroll down to the comments at the bottom of the page and tell me your picks and WHY. Say which award you're talking about so we can argue properly 😤 👉 https://yaboyrocklee.com/best-anime-summer-2026/ Love y'all. Now go vote and defend your villain.
