Jade Vs Vampire Survey
YOU SHOULD NOT READ TO MUCH INTO THIS SURVEY YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH INFO ON WHAT IM THINKING LOL
The purpose of this survey is to provide me with a snapshot of what viewers are interested in RIGHT NOW. It's not a poll that inherently means I will cover both shows or not.
I was wondering about a few things, and in order to have a clearer view...I decided to run a poll.
I don't know what my choice is or when I will make a choice until AFTER I see the results
Cdrama Fans- "But Lee Pursuit of Jade just won the poll, so many of us got together and pushed it, this is finally our chance..."
Lee- Of course, you watch enough dramas to know the King can't always explain himself, otherwise the plan or idea doesn't work...I've watched myself explain something and observed people in the chat maneuver around it and technically undermine the strategic goal... but it's cool, lol.
Interview With A Vampire fans " but Lee you reacted to 2 seasons already, Lastat is goooood...you gotta watch!"
Lee. I agree with you...will do as much as I can ASAP...I'm looking forward to it.

Omg cdrama? I don’t think yall have ever reacted to a cdrama before. They have too many episodes is probably why lol
Interview With a Vampire. I see that the Cdrama is in the lead for the poll here, but with how massive the IWTV fandom is, new season just dropped so people are HUNGRY for content between episodes, and might garner more activity on YouTube. To be fair, I’m biased towards IWTV
Pursuit of Jade would honestly be such a great introduction to C-dramas and could definitely get you hooked. That said, from a YouTube algorithm and audience-reach perspective, I completely understand why Interview with the Vampire Season 3 is appealing right now. It's a tough choice. C-dramas are still somewhat niche, but they're not nearly as niche as they used to be. I feel like they could open an entirely different avenue for the channel. China has such a deep and varied history that there are countless types of C-dramas, each with their own pacing, storytelling style, and genre. That's one of the things I find so fascinating about them. I still have faith it'll happen eventually, though. Alchemy of Souls took a long time before it finally made its way onto the channel, and look how that turned out. So I feel like, in due time, you'll end up doing a C-drama, whether as a duo or a trio. Personally, for a first C-drama, I think a trio reaction might work best. Not because I prefer trio reactions—I genuinely enjoy your solo, duo, trio, and even family reactions—but because C-dramas often have a very different pacing and storytelling style compared to what you're used to. Having multiple perspectives and discussions might help when you're first stepping into that world. And yes... 40 episodes, bro. 😂 That sounds intimidating, but the episodes themselves are generally easier to get through than people expect. They're usually not these massive movie-length episodes that a lot of modern K-dramas have become. Many C-dramas keep a more manageable episode length, and when they do have longer episodes, the overall episode count is often shorter. What makes C-dramas so interesting to me is how much history and culture they can draw from. Two dramas can take inspiration from similar historical periods or themes and end up feeling completely different because of the way the story is told. If you ever do decide to dive into C-dramas, I'd be incredibly excited to watch that journey. And Pursuit of Jade is one of those shows that makes me think, "Wow, this could be a fantastic starting point." You'd also be getting introduced to one of the standout actors of the younger generation. He's not exactly an OG, but he's well beyond the "up-and-coming" stage. He's already established himself as a genuinely great actor, and honestly feels like someone who's on the path to becoming one of the defining actors of his generation. Anyway, that's my two cents. Whatever you choose, I'll be watching, but I'd definitely be excited to see you guys step into the world of C-dramas someday.
I’m not the target audience for either one of those shows but I wish you guys the best in whatever show you’re rooting for
Ah...two big shows with massively different audiences. Fortunately, I love both, and usually I'd always choose vampires first. Lestat is hot stuff but in this case, I gotta go with the jade! The romance in Pursuit is one of the best I've seen in years, even beating out our Tangerines couple, who is like the greenest forest. 😍😂
I am watching both but the harder climb needs the support.
These 2 were my most anticipated shows this year. I would watch both. Give me anything😭😭
I will 100 % watch both with you!
Unfortunately because the vampire lestat is airing live this is the best time to watch it for maximum views on YouTube. I’m also bias because I don’t watch k or c dramas
Same can be said regarding pursuit of jade. The best time is ASAP for virtually the same reason. That why i have them head to head
I wish there was an option for both, but I've been looking forward to PoJ for so long.
Intentionally no there because I wanna see where your conviction lays
