Again I want to thank you guys for being a part of #Leegion.
I don’t take it for granted
One of the reasons I transition from real estate to YouTube was because I had a difficulty controlling my time
you had to drop what you’re doing literally otherwise you miss out on a potential sale for the month
The average agent does well if they sell 2 to 3 properties a month so if you miss just one of them you know it’s like a third of your income gone for the month
But now even though I have strict recording hours and I record all the time
I do get the lifestyle I want and my requirements are very small
I just need to be able to be present with my wife and daughter and be able to support my daughter in a moments notice
So I’m happy to attend her ceremony without any issue
Its a lot of little things
and obviously very importantly my child is doing good in school

Congratulations to your girl! I work from home and my time is mostly flexible unless there’s an emergency. So I know the feeling of being able to be present for most of your kid’s activities. It’s the best!
