Reading LOTM is like giving crack to the homeless
Just wanted to say I really appreciate the variety of styles in the reaction space. Not every reactor will click with everyone, and that’s okay. But I think it’s important to stay respectful when sharing opinions. Calling someone “fake” or “too much” might overlook the fact that others genuinely enjoy their energy or approach. Let people enjoy content in their own way; that’s what makes the community so interesting and diverse. Really enjoyed the video, keep up the good work, and have a great day, Lee.
Lord of Mysteries stared as a web novel and its a good one
The sequel is pretty good too (wonder if we'll get a 3rd book once the sequel finishes?)
Me as a viewer 😂 I used to be irritated so much when Lee just start laughing or smiling on things cause I don’t know why 😂 but after understanding much of his character and how he is am like ( the man is like that 😅) now am vibing with him and instantly smiling when he does that 😂😂 But I get why people try to control the reaction coz they worried that the reactors don’t understand the plot or they are missing something but most of the time it’s not, it’s just they are like that and eventually they will get it😅 For me, pausing the Vedic a lot in between makes me angry 🤣💔 This is why I like this channel more, thank u Lee for all ur efforts, appreciate u a lot 💙💙💙
Tbh I've been in the Patreon chat hyping up LOTM for quite a few months, so I was excited when you decided to react to it. Now as for me, I know LOTM is lore heavy and folks will have hard time catching everything and that's understandable cuz it's supposed to be that way. So I've no issues with folks missing something or talking during reaction cuz that's part of their process for accepting the info while consuming the media. Ps. Lord of the Mysteries is a novel now being adapted into donghua(anime). So, if you have time in future you can try getting into it. It's a mythical level novel for me.
The POV internal monologues from Klein are hilarious af ngl. Some of my favorite aspects, especially w/ MC mentally lampooning on people w/ wit like the keyboard warrior that he is(was).
"So be it, so be it." You don't give yourself enough credit when it comes to how you articulate how you feel about an issue or topic. Media availability and consumption has changed so much in the last couple of years, much less to those of us who knew what it was like back in day. Like in wrestling, characters make the content matter. There could be a show; no interest in checking out but I see Lee and Director give it a shot, this might be entertaining. That might be one of MANY aspects that you guys have to consider. People can feel how they want to feel about something, but that extends both ways. We gon' be here so keep going!
