Penthouse is so good and has an amazing soundtrack, great clothes, and really vivid characters to root for and against!

Both are good in their own ways.. What i will say is that world of married is better in writing and overall quality. However, i found penthouse more entertaining due to the sheer ridiculousness of it all. Just think of it as one of those overdramatic, nonsensical soap operas and you'll have the time of your life. However, season 3 heavily dropped the ball in my opinion.

The Penthouse does a really good job of hooking you in. Sometimes it was unrealistic, but the drama was just so good, lol.
