Fifa 22 Trading Basics Consoles Differences

This is a great starter post for those new to trading! It should help you dive in on what methods may be best to learn on your respective console.
It's important to note here that both Xbox markets are combined and function the same.
Xbox has significantly less users than PS and this has been increased with the release of the next gen systems. There has been more change to PS5 than the Series X.
This makes cards on Xbox more rare, so when cards are needed directly they can increase in price dramatically. This same trend happens on PC, but even to a greater extent!
For example, Xbox tends to be the better console for SBC fodder investing and Marquee matchup investing. As cards reach SBC solutions they becomes very rare and explode in price.
If I tell both consoles to buy Grealish for 1K as a Marquee Matchup investment and it hits he may rise to 2K on PS, but 3K on Xbox. This makes this low-budget method favorable for Xbox and I see this the exact same in Fifa 22.
Xbox has the same impact with SBC fodder cards 83-85 in rating as well as TOTW. The TOTW club stock method is more vital on this console and fodder is often more profitable. If you want to hone in on methods, trends and making the most coins on Xbox these are things you need to master.
Now, this isn't to say these methods don't work on both consoles, but each has their benefits.
On PS, cards move more fluidly and have bigger buy periods with coin inflation. For example, Thursday Flips have often had sharper and more aggressive rises on PS than Xbox. Although Thursday Flips will change a bit this year, the concept is still the same.
PS is also great for trading new promo cards. They get a much bigger mass supply initially allowing cards to get lower and rise more aggressively after Lightning Rounds. This is especially true with Preview Packs.
Trading when there are big supply periods on PS is awesome.
I wouldn't say either console has a strong edge overall. The Transfer Profit leaderboards on PS will always be higher due to the trading style, but that doesn't equate to liquid coins.
As fodder is such a strong method on Xbox, many people have a high % of liquid coins compared to TP!
All in all, look to focus on these types of trading based on your respective console!
