Lmao why are people so butthurt about Roshi asking someone nicely to wait before posting his content on YouTube? This seems like a second warning to the reaction channel in question. If you want to use someone else’s content then you can at least heed the request on how/when to post from the creators. Stop trying to make Roshi the bad guy as if he’s purposefully trying to stop someone’s cash flow. If that was the case then that would hypocritical as hell. Stop playing stupid games and being surprised at being awarded terrible prizes.

There seems to be a lot of talk about the "hypocrisy" for calling out another channel when this channel is taking from the original creators, the way i see it, is that this isn't about rules or laws it's about being considerate, the point of good reactions is not to watch the movie or show for free or for cheaper, trust me i can find any movie or show for free if i wanted to it's not hard it's the internet, the point is to achieve something similar to watching a show or movie with a friend and being able to go through that experience with them, we are all here because we like the content calling it hypocrisy is a bit much it takes nothing to be kind, there is no need to look for a moral high ground.

I'm going to be honest. Seeing this is conflicting. Firstly, I'm on Roshi's side for the most part. If he's asked this channel to wait until they put out the youtube video to use it and they ignore that request, it's incredibly frustrating. I know from experience that Yaboyroshi is very gracious with their youtube content. I remember watching a youtube video by someone who basically mashed up all the greatest moments of Yaboyroshi reacting to JJK Zero. People came for the channel, but Roshi was super chill and welcomed it. At the same time, it cannot be overlooked that what Yaboyroshi does on patreon in particular could be considered outside the realm of fair use. The works that we watch here, whether we support that official release beforehand or not, inherently goes against the intentions of the creators and owners of the work. There's no way to sugar coat it. This is something that I have come to terms with myself. At the end of the day, the primary content which is used and barely transformed here (unlike in their youtube content) does not belong to them. So I can't sit here and act like what neetanime is doing is so different than what yaboyroshi is doing. Once again, I think it sucks, but I don't think this response takes into account the situation yaboyroshi and the rest of us find ourselves in. I think maybe what should be discussed is what etiquette is expected of those in the reaction community.

I can't speak to this "Neet Anime" channel, but I've seen anime reaction compilations that used reactors who never even watched the anime in question (like, they just took clips of the reactors watching something else). I've also seen compilations where duo or group reactors have been cropped to remove the men. It's crazy what these channels think they can do without people noticing. 🤣
