Episode 2 | Challenged In Solo Sailing
A big welcome to our new Winded Voyagers!
Thank you all for your feedback and support. Some of you have been aboard since the beginning, and that's a long time ago already. Time does fly when we're having fun.
So with no further delay, here is the next episode to Season 2.
This chapter starts to show that there is no better way to learn about your boat and how to sail it than by doing it alone. I set out for this challenge with 20 knot in my face. Heeling at close reach, I had to go to the bottom of the mast to take reefs. It was the first time I put put on my life jacket and harness. Then dropping the anchor alone in wind gusts and at night. As well as a wake up call from my friend Bix. My boat was drifting away during a powerful squall in the middle of the night! That did not stop me and Bix from going out on the town to have a good time.
Hope you enjoy this episode and that most of you sailors out there can relate to some of the experiences I had to deal with.
Cheers!
Alex

Very educational, real and extremely entertaining! To be honest I little worried now since you announce the theme for the next episode.
No worries Artyom. It seems my friend Bix and Neptune prepared some surprises to test my sail worthiness.
Ready for a cocktail then AH SHIT!!! Sounds like your learning and having fun.Best of luck my friend!
