Me and Galopin are back on the ocean with a familiar friend. So say hello to our new crew member Marizia. You may remember Marizia who's a regular cast member of Winded Voyage episodes. She's been sailing on Galopin, but only short trips. This is her first overnight passage. We're sailing to Boa Vista island, about 120nm from Mindelo. A most beautiful and austere desert island with spectacular golden sand beaches.Some say it’s The Best Sailing Channel on YouTube!

Many thanks Daniel. Luck is with me for many things. My luck ran out with my engine battery. Soon after we anchored here in Boa Vista, my engine battery wont turn over the engine. I can jump start it with my service batteries, but it will be a hassle when we are sailing back to Mindelo. But we'll manage. Just part of the adventure until I can et a new battery in Mindelo.
