Episode 108 | It May All End Right Here
Ola Winded Voyagers. I'm posting this episode from the confinement of my boat where I've been convalescing the past month from an injury I sustained. You'll see what happened on the video.
After a harrowing sail we settle into Tarrafal de Sao Nicolau. We clean up our boats do a little sightseeing of the town and go off on an excursion. Destination is Carbeirinho, stunning rock formations battered by the surf. There we venture into a secluded little cove dressed in black sand. It's a littlle tricky because we have to time the the swell to get into the cove. On the way back, my timing was off. A big wave crashed... and what happens next could spell the end of my journey. It may all end right here.
