Episode 44 | All Systems Go... Or Not

Hello everyone!

After all the parties, festivals and road running with the Canadians, it's time for us to sail. Or is it?

After a fun outing with Peixe and family, where his boy Nelson shows off his captain and dancing skills, we decide to sail to Boavista Island. It's all systems go... or not. We are stopped short by a problem with Otto the autopilot. 

I'm at Marina Mindelo charging up the batteries and such, when François attempts to dock in 20 knots wind. It's not pretty, but we all help him out.  As well, my Canadian friend Peter does something unusual to get my autopilot going. It's all part of the live aboard lifestyle, you never know what will happen next.
