Episode 1 | Sailing Our Way To Cabo Verde

Here we go! We're off and sailing south to Cabo Verde. A seven day and night passage. About 800 nautical miles. We start off in a brisk 20kts breeze and high spirits. But then the mood changes. It's not so comfortable. In fact we feel like crap in the relentless rolling motion of the ocean. As time passes, the wind and waves are more regular. As well I adjusted my sails. It's a wonder how mind and body adjusts.
