Episode 13 | Naked Beach & Raw Sailing

Hola Winded Voyagers from Santa Cruz on the Island of Tenerife!

Me and my son Seb sailed here from Arrecife a few weeks ago. It's going to be some great episodes coming up, but before that I had to get prepared to continue on. So I sailed down to Isla de Lobos and then the naked beach at Playa de Mujeres where I dropped the hook and swam ashore to get a look at the ambiance. I then met friends at Marina Rubicon and the next day we sailed out together to get some shots of our boats under sail.

I made my way back up the coast of Lanzarote practicing tacks and met the usual acceleration zone and got to do some pure raw sailing in 30kts of wind. It's a good episode and it's cool to watch how I've progressed and gained confidence in my sailing skills. As far as Galopin goes, I had full confidence in him. He's the real deal!
