Episode 34 | Having The will To Sail Away

Hola Winded Voyagers.

Galopin finally sets off to continue on its journey. Simone the engine is fixed, my dear friend Daniel is accompanying me for a few weeks. He's come to get on board in Cartagena. We say good bye to brave friends from the North and hear a bit of their stories.

The weather is good, but it quickly changes as it is often the case in the Med. It gets pretty rough and Dan's sea legs get tested. It takes a night of battering through waves and some ill heaving, but we manage and give Galopin a good cleaning so we can continue on.

We get a good afternoon of beautiful downwind sailing, but then...
