It was tough to get here, but worth it

We left in the afternoon for an overnight sail from Sau Nicolau Island to Boa Vista Island. A 90nm passage. All was going well, wind and wave conditions were more than predicted, as usual in Cabo Verde. When slowly but surely my autopilot was not happy. To save some usage on it, I hand steered into the night until I started fading. I couldn't keep it up all night. So it tied up bungee cords on the helm, and Galopin stayed on course through the night. And here we are. Boa Vista, Cabo Verde.
