Hey everyone,
So we’ve had a wild month. Firstly, Business Dot had her baby!!! She is beautiful and both baby and B.Dot are healthy. We’re so happy to welcome her to the family. She has gorgeous eyes and super curious, I’m so excited to get to know her. I actually have the honor of being the her first stop at her first ever comic convention last Saturday. She slept through it but I could tell… she loved it lol
With that joy though, we’ve also had a devastating loss of losing our pup, Lucy. It was unexpected and devestating. She just turned 8 and had a clean bill of health from the vet as of December. We found her coming home Sunday night. I can’t bring myself to rehash the details, it just sucks. I worry for my husband as she was his girl. We’re okay but I’m sure any of you who has a pet knows it’s just the fucking worst.
I’m just here to say, I know I’m late on this month’s bonus content. I’m so sorry and I’ll probably posting a lot starting next week. I just would like to keep myself accountable and give you all an update that I haven’t forgot. I appreciate you all so much for supporting me here and it’s not taken for granted.

So sorry for your and Hubby's loss. Some people don't understand that losing a pet isn't just an animal passing. It is the loss of a family member. Anyway, chins up! At least she's o'er the rainbow with plenty of friends to keep her company. (Including all of my babies)
I'm sorry for your loss, there's no good way but you and Hubs got dealt a rough hand. Please don't beat yourself up because you haven't been pushing out your usual stuff or that you regret the patreon slide. When our dog passed away I couldn't sleep for days, normal routines were destroyed, I couldn't tell you the day of the week, it was rough. Grief is a hell of a drug, and not a fun one. Please take care of yourself and Hubs, and take care of each other, the world needs comics with talking butt plugs more than you know!
Please take the time to recover, I'd rather miss out on a bonus than miss your work forever because you've worked yourself too hard!

I feel that pain. Had our puppy pass away the day we got home from our honeymoon. Never had any medical problems, it just happened. I wish you guys nothing but the best through this tough time. We’ll be here whenever you get back.

Don't be sorry. They are our babies when we have them. Their loss is just as great. make sure you both take the time to grieve and remember the happy times. If you have given her a good life then you have done your best. Congrats on becoming an Auntie.

We lost our best girl almost a year ago, and Lucy’s comic still had me bawling my eyes out. A beautiful tribute. Take your time and thank you for your lovely work

That’s a real circle of life month. Condolences on the passing of Lucy. Take it easy and slow no need to rush anything. I saw some of the things going on in the other platform. I can guarantee there is not one person who actually had any negative thoughts about it. It was just a bunch of scavengers looking to get a rush from kicking someone while they were down. The only thing actual human people felt was empathy and well wishes. You are a bright spot (dot?) in the sewer sludge that is the internet, and we appreciate you. We will wait patiently for you to be ready to post again and not a moment before. Take care.

I really hope the people who were giving you crap about the standard support slide take a long hard think about the kind of person they want to be in life.
In fairness, I see where they were coming from. It was thoughtless of me, I just wasn’t thinking straight, drunk and defaulted into job mode. I do feel bad about it. I wanted to share my love for her and feel horrible for tainting it.
