I have some important questions for you

Hi everyone, I’m Risenpaw.

As we step into a new year, I’ve been reflecting on how to bring something fresh to my Patreon. Recently, I’ve felt a strong desire to deepen our connection and increase the value of the rewards I provide. For the past few years, I’ve defined myself as a "furry comic artist," but I’ve realized this might not be the most sustainable approach in the long run.

Creating comics requires long-term dedication and a very steady output. When the effort doesn't align with the results, the physical and mental toll can become quite heavy. I often find myself fearing a lack of productivity or falling ill, which leads to a constant cycle of overworking.

To be clear: I am not stopping my comic creation. I simply want to diversify my Patreon so that comics aren't the sole focus.

To put it briefly—I need your opinion. I want to know what you expect from me and what kind of content you’d love to see. Relying on "random support" while I just do my own thing is nice, but it depends too much on luck for long-term growth. I want my Patreon to move toward a more sustainable "supply and demand" model.

Here are a few reward ideas I’m considering:

• Exclusive Livestreams: Regular streams (perhaps bi-weekly) for all members. Higher-tier members could vote on the content—whether it's drawing, tutorials, or Q&A. Replays will be available for those who can't attend. My English isn't perfect, but I'll do my best!

• PDF Collections: I’ll polish and package my older works into PDF bundles for you to download.

• Physical Merch (Every three months): Based on the great feedback I received before, I’m thinking of making physical merch a permanent reward.

• Process Videos (Speedpaints): Now that I’m comfortable using OBS and editing software, I can provide raw or edited drawing process videos for your reference.

• Extra Pages (Expansion Packs): Bonus pages for ongoing comic scenes where you help decide the content or characters. This is challenging, so it might not happen every single month.

There are also some things I’ve considered but decided are not feasible for now:

• Personal Art Rewards / Commission Slots: These take up too much time alongside comic production. If you’d like a custom piece, please DM me for a direct commission.

• Comic YCH (Your Character Here): Fun, but not practical until my current project is finished.

• 1-on-1 Hangouts: I’m honestly too shy for this!

Thank you for reading this far. What do you think? Please let me know in the comments. I have also set up a survey for these options, and the link is down below. I truly hope you can help me understand your preferences so we can build a closer community together!
