ULTIMATE XENOVERSE 2 | PATCH NOTES

Hey I was just wondering if you could tell me how I can get this mod: https://videogamemods.com/the-citadel/dragon-ball-xenoverse-2/mods/shakaros-ssg-evolution-transformation to get the wings in this mod: https://videogamemods.com/the-citadel/dragon-ball-xenoverse-2/mods/blacks-mech-dragon-wings-and-tail-i-make-it-the-color-you-want when transformed. Basically I wanna make an edit and I don't think it's complicated but I really don't know. The tail of the mod don't work but I was hoping to use the wings since they don't break anything and I'm trying to make a dragon-swordsman-themed cac.
