Updated save
I started a bit early and just added it. I think this is one that I can assume will overwhelmingly win. Thanks to all of you that made comments. I do read and take in all of them.
Someone made a great suggestion: "Maybe also put at bottom of the saves if male path or sissy path also" I made the overall "Sissy" "Male" line a bit blurry. You can be a "sissy" in some places, but a "male" in others. I think you should also be a "Male" if you have a vagina, but appear as a male. (I need to test that.) So I put in where you were in the main story line. It's a bit more clear. To help track where you were I added a new "Character" the main story line. Then added where you were in the main line to the save with a short name.

Pour débloquer la secte et sauver Missy. Sauver Missy marque la fin du jeu. Tout dépend vraiment de l'endroit où vous vous trouvez. Pour accéder à la secte, vous devez terminer la « Sissy School ». Ensuite, résolvez toutes les affaires de Missy jusqu’à ce que vous soyez capturé par la secte. Après vous être échappé de la secte, rendez-vous à l’agence de détectives de Missy et parlez à Mme Pussywinks. Elle devra se rendre dans la grotte des sissies perdus, récupérer la liste et vous la rapporter. Une fois que vous aurez récupéré la liste, parcourez-la pour trouver le code de la porte dérobée. Retournez voir Mme Pussywinks et informez-la. Vous pouvez désormais vous enfoncer dans la forêt jusqu’au château et sauver Missy.

Looking good there once again FF5. Your willingness to hear the cry of the peoples when giving a suggestion is commendable. This will really help them when doing game save.
