Endings
So it's still really really early in it, but I was working on my first ending. I may add some other bad endings later, but most will be good endings. Really one 1-3 bad endings that happen before the end of the game.
What I'm planning is the game restarts, your counters and everything else resets. Except you keep your achievements and all bonuses that come with those achievements. So if you had an achievement that gave you $50 and 25 sissy points, you'll start the next run with those bonuses. I'm thinking about other things, like skip events (Sissy classes) or bonus character levels, but that will take a lot more time to make sure it doesn't break anything.

Is there a reason not to just reload a save? I feel like there needs to be a touch more justification if you want people to start over such a long game. Of course, these kinds of new game plus after a bad end can be an opportunity to fuck with the player by making things happen differently the second time through, but unless you have specific plans to make it engaging I'd just have an autosave that's reloaded after a bad end.
You can. You should be able to reuse every save you have for the last 2 years or so. I just said for just the buggy release since it's not finished. There's still some events I need to add and want to make sure it doesn't clash. But when the real release comes out you can totally use your saves.
loving the play out, was sad when I couldn't even get out of the sewers though, woulda been nice to get outside and be able to at least go shower and shop and such. Once the endings are in, it there going to be an option to just keep playing past the ending?
That's the thing. Once you're free from the sewers you're free to discover your body however you want. Some will go to their bedroom, some will head straight for the forest,... On top of that the entire world changes based on the choices you made before you went into the cult. So setting up the world for your new vagina is going to take a lot of time to do it correct.
As ending goes i think you already have some prime spots to do some bad ends later, so looking forward how you do that. ^^
