I think connecting it to her relationship with the mc is the way to go. If she already knows that they are a sissy, and have a high enough relationship, she joins in. If she doesn't know they are a sissy, or don't have a high enough relationship, she kicks them out.

Really it comes to time. At this point in the game almost everyone will have a high level with the Land lord, so I'll spend 2-3 weeks creating a path that only a few people will see. At some future point maybe, but right now I'm trying to finish up a lot of other things too.
