May in Review
Wow, it's the end of another month! So many new Flocreators joined the Patreon family, thank you all so much for your (continued) support. I really feel blessed being able to keep creating content for you all.
This month we had a really fun variation of tutorials I think and for the coming month I have some fun things planned too! Earlier this month I came back from a break with my family, so I'm pretty much recharged (even though we all took turns getting sick during our holiday 😆) and ready for the months to come!
Remember you can always check the overviews in the Flocreate community to pick a tutorial you like or get started with the Sketching Classes.
In case you have missed any of this months tutorials, let's look back on them! (click the titles to go to the tutorial directly)!
If you are searching for something or if anything is unclear, please go to the download post for Eager Learners + Master Students or the download post for Superfans to get brushes and info about how Patreon works.
Tutorials
We started the month finishing our shelves, adding all the detail and lighting to the piece. I've seen some really amazing results from you!
Our next project was a really relaxing one, creating this colorful mandala with a 3D effect. It's nice to be able to work on something that doesn't require a lot of thought sometimes.
This might be one of my favorites, I love painting anime style landscapes and clouds are one of my favorite subjects.
After the challenging anime style landscape it was time for something fun, easy and relaxing again. This cute cartoon cat was a great way to practice creating smooth lines.
We ended the month with a watercolor cake piece! Making a bit of a mess with your brush strokes can really be fun.

What's coming in June?
For June I have a nice variety of tutorials planned again, we'll start of with an easy realism tutorial. I also have some animal related ideas and maybe something like a cityscape 🤔 New ideas keep popping up in my head though, so who knows what June will bring 😅
I also plan on launching a brand new big brush pack! As patrons you'll be getting a special sample when it launches. I'm pretty proud of the brush pack so far. I've been getting up at 6AM on weekdays to work on the brushes and preview paintings. So I sure hope you will like it too 😅
Don't forget that you can always check the OVERVIEW page for an overview of all of the tutorial content.
