Question: What do I need to do to make you think about subscribing?

Not going to lie here... This is off the cuff. Kinda Mooniverse news style of posting. Normally I would add a poll... Let you keep anon, so on... But I want to chat. Keep an open mic for everyone.

All of this... waves around Doesnt get better without support. Look, yes, the economy is bad. Times are troubled. But what are you, free user, looking for to make the jump? What inspired you to join and what could I do???

Right now, I have little to no time to work on my games. Your support gives me a chance to work on all of this. Since growth has stagnated, I think I am undoing my wait a month for a free update. Those are done. What is on itchio is considered a working demo. The $1 tier gets updates on a delay. Itchio does nothing for me anymore and its downfall has brought about issues that I have never got over at all. SubscribeStar is a graveyard. I get 20-ish bucks a month from it. I give away as much SubStar as I earn. Some fellow devs and two excellent humans keep me afloat. I have had more people leaving than joining.

What am I doing wrong? I see AI slop racking in thousands but here I am... Yelling at the void, hoping someone cares STILL not on Steam, nowhere close to my hopes and dreams of being on Steam.

These are small changes that will be done, but soon... More drastic changes will be needed. I am not in the red on this project, but the green gets a lighter hint nearly every month and thats not counting labor. Which puts this into the red... Badly.

So... any ideas, sports fans??
