School of Lust v0.8.0b performance release!
Hi everyone!
The poll results from yesterday are in and it appears that almost a third of those who voted are having frame issues while playing School of Lust, which is quite alarming. We've been doing some investigating and while unfortunately we still can't seem to replicate it ourselves, we've decided to try to update the engine files and see if that fixes the problem.
You can download the new "PERF" (performance) version of the latest School of Lust version 0.8.0b for Windows from the Download Portal. It will appear as "School of Lust Win PERF".
The Mac version will be updated at a later point.
This should improve overall performance for everyone (according to other games made with the same engine), however we are not entirely sure if it will fix the specific issue with the random frame drops after leaving the MC's house. We would appreciate it if you (especially those who were having frame issues as described in this post) can download the PERF version and help us figure out if this new update fixes the problem or not.
It's also possible that the changes we've done to the engine may have broken other things. We've done some testing and everything seems to work as it should (and even appears to be smoother than usual on our side), but School of Lust is an expansive game so it's difficult to be sure without extensive testing.
We will continue to release the game from here on with the updated engine files, so if you're having any issues with it, please let us know and we will look into it or revert the changes. We will also do some extensive testing ourselves to make sure nothing else is broken.
Also, just a heads up that the "PERF" version of the game has a new icon (featuring Claire).

What do I do if I'm getting tons of header errors when extracting?
Hi Ed! Sorry to hear about the issue you're having. You're the first patron to report us regarding header issues. That can occur when the zip file has been corrupted during download. Maybe your internet connection wasn't stable during download? Can you still run the game after extracting even with the errors? If not, can you please try to re-download the file again after rebooting your computer? Please let us know if that doesn't fix the problem. Cheers =)

How many ntr events does Natalie have?
Hi GM! School of Lust doesn't really have any ntr events, besides Flora's event at home feat. Gip and arguably Flora's booth event in Town. I honestly don't think any of the other events can be considered ntr unless I'm missing something. To answer your question, Natalie doesn't have any ntr events. Cheers =)
I have a question because Natalie doesn't have any more events involving her uncle.
I have a specific question, does Sofia have pubes or not. Because there are a few CGs where her pubes mysteriously vanish (The recent CGs at least) and there are naturally her naked sprite and countless other CGs where she have it. I dont know if that's a bug or a deliberate choice.
Hi WE! That indeed sounds like a bug, because she certainly has pubes. Do you remember in which scenes it's missing? Thanks for bringing it to our attention =)

Hi crumbly! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble running the game. It sounds like either the game files are corrupted or the folder you've placed it in is restricted. Did you try both the performance (PERF) and non-performance releases? If they're both not working, can you try to place the game folder somewhere else? The current location may not have the necessary permissions to run the game. If that doesn't work, can you try downloading from the Download Portal again? The downloaded files may have been corrupted somehow during download. Please let us know if you're still having trouble after that.
I saw something about facial hair...wait can he grow a beard or is it just stubble?
Hi BD! We added it as a gag a while back. It's a side effect of using "Antiandrogen". If you keep using it your facial hair will continue to grow (into a full beard). You can get rid of it by using "Aphrodisiac" or rubbing one out by interacting with the bed. Cheers =)
