Frieren S2 E3 - Worth It
dang. So my microphone wasn't working during the recording. I've done my best to express my thoughts in the youtube discussion, and subtitled my speech as well as I could in the PiP. Sorry!

Even with the loss of the Mic audio, it was still nice to read the commentary notes you put over it, and see how much fun you thought scenes are at a lot of points in this ep.
RIP, at least it’s not as bad as the RZ S3E7 incident. It’s bound to happen from time to time. Glad it didn’t happen on a really important episode again. Now we got a silent film! 🎞️
I feel Frieren's toughest battle of this second season was bound to be with itself. After all, being #1 on MAL for some time, how could it not be a victim of its own success sooner or later? With a few exceptions, the only place to go when you're #1 is down; anything else and you're just remaining in place at #1. Which we all want to see but is no small feat I feel. What I find most interesting about this second season of Frieren - is how people's expectations from the first season are met/exceeded or in some cases not met. Thank you for sharing your recap of the episode's reaction - and I look forward to continuing your reactions to remainder of the season along with other shows - some which also have also come off very high highs - like JJK.
