Just wanted to give you my interpretation of what the end was representing there, with those brief clips of Thors, Helga, Askeladd, and Leif. To me, it’s meant to represent the exact moment those characters realized their true purpose in life, and set out on their journey. Askeladd after he buried his mom, Helga after she became a mother, Leif after he decided to cross the ocean and explore, etc. What follows is the scene of Thorfinn, clean shaven and determination in his eyes, his purpose in life now clear, ready to set off on his own journey and carve his own path. Also, just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your reactions to this show, they were a pleasure to listen to
