What makes it all interesting is that Wilhelm and Kurgan are true legends. In the past, in a side story, Wilhelm and Kurgan fought against each other. Just the fact that Garfiel is being recognized by them is a great honor, because besides having studied with them and being a fan of theirs, his dream is to become the strongest and also a legend to protect those he loves, just like Wilhelm and Kurgan.
This is the first time I understood the "overanimated" argument. Sure the screen is full of flashy colors and cool artistic choices, but what the actual fuck is happening??
Except for the lion impact frame the screen wasn’t full of flashy colors at all and if anything the color composition for the fight since it’s in a shelter is more muted than anything?
