I'll say, am I the only one that can't stand Eminence in Shadow? Like I know people really like it but I just can't get behind it for the life of me
You're not the only one. I watched the first couple of episodes and it looked ridiculous and boring to me. But one can't like everything - in matters of taste, the viewer is always right.
Yuru camp Season 2 seems to be missing :(
Eminence is perfect for something light and it's really funny, they knew exactly what they were doing with that show and I think you would have a blast watching it.

Nah, as a source reader it really doesn't fit the theme with all the family drama and student council shenanigans. Plus romance development is super slow

As long as you don't try to take the show seriously, The Eminence in Shadow will be a hilariously fun watch that I believe you are sure to enjoy.
You could take it seriously if you wanted. Every character in the show other than the MC is actively pursuing a serious plot. You can enjoy the comedy aspects the MC brings while also enjoying the story the MC is oblivious to.
Hoping for Hinamatsuri. Its a gem

i could not even in my wettest dreams imagine tee reacting to bokuyaba, it would honestly be so peak if he can get through the first eps (i cant rewatch them from how cringe they are)
even so i think they add to lower your expectations so you get this punch of ''why am i starting to non-ironically like this'' which is the escence of bokuyaba

As much as I may like alot of the other shows here (looking at you, Working!!) Fruits Basket is genuinely one of the best to ever do it.
Eminence is the best from this list imo
The first 7 or so episodes of Dangers in my heart are not very good. Then out of nowhere it becomes a much better show with non stop great episodes.
Eminence is a fun watch. Psyculurist loved it as well. SOS bros are currently enjoying it. Tee spitting his tea like Ed spat his water regularly is a sight I want to see.

100 Girlfriends and Dress up darling are both amazing, cute and funny shows. Those to are the ones I will personally vouch for.

Hinamatsuri is absolutely hilarious with some great heartwarming moments too. I dunno about it being great reaction/analysis material, but I think that would go for other shows on the list too.
Voted for Spy X Family(well, I voted for everything, but Spy x Family was my Hell Yeah). I really like that show, I think theres a lot to love about it. Good time to watch it IMO.

There’s no bad options on this list, but I think The 100 Girlfriends is the only one that hits all of the beats of being incredibly funny, cute/fluffy, romantic, with some really well animated scenes. Coupled with its 4th wall breaks and trope awareness. It may offer the most of any of the shows. Plus the 2nd season starts on Jan 5th, so if he starts it now, this S1 watch would end right around the start of S2. Which would make for an easy 24 episode watch. A lot of these shows could be put into smaller polls based on genre. Stuff like Dangers & Fruits Basket fits in more romance, Mr. Cat is more SoL, Hinamatsuri is more comedy, Lycoris Recoil & Eminence fit more into action.
I haven't seen the anime, but 100Kano is peak
forgot to add in the notes that The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash is very cute and wholesome.
I apricate the weakest tamer shilling, but don't think any show which starts with the mcs entire village, including her dad, trying to hunt and kill her can be a light show.

Lots of good series here. 100 girlfriends, hell yeah and it's closer to theme of cute, funny and fluffy al the time while being a Bobobo/Gintama like meta-comedy. Hinamatsuri is hilarious comedy as well, though too bad it didn't not get continuation. Eminence is really funny chuuni actions series. Fruits Basket is kinda a long journey, worth it but requires a serious investment. Dangers is praised middleschool romcom with character progression, won't be a bad pick either.
I know for a fact Lycoris, Aria and Hinamatsuri (especially) are right down Tee's alley // I would love to see him react to pretty much everything else in the list tho but i don't think it is his thing

So many good ones here 100 Kano, Dangers, Aria and Working are some of my absolute favorites. Fruits Basket is also great but feel like it fits the theme of the poll worst of the ones on the list.

Fruits Basket, Hinamatsuri, Aria and Working are gold. Hope one of them wins Others are great, among them i prefer Lycoris Recoil, Dangers in My Heart and The Masterful Cat
