Ciao amici come state?

Oggi prima di prepararmi per la seconda serata al Palazzetto dello Sport per presentare il Saggio di danza, sto finendo di sistemare il balcone in stile boho.

Una lampada nuova al posto di quella di carta che si è rotta, una mensola dove appoggiare una cassa per ascoltare musica e qualche fiorellino nuovo per ridare colore al balcone. Cosa ne pensate? Prossima settimana, ultimo tocco con il divanetto nuovo fatto da un falegname.

Detto questo, ho bisogno del vostro aiuto per capire quale vestito scegliere per stasera e domani sera: 3 opzioni con un vestito nuovo che avevo comprato a Cap d'Agde l'ultima volta, una tuta con dei colori molto carini ed infine un pantalone con opzione di due casacche.

Devo scegliere qualcosa che mi copra la pancia gonfia che mi è venuta a causa della troppa insalate verde che ho mangiato ed il diaframma basso e teso che mi è venuto probabilmente anche per un pochino di stress ( a detta del nutrizionista l'altro giorno). Almeno ho perso ancora 1 cm di girovita ed ho aumentato la massa magra, speriamo che con il nuovo metodo di mangiare, riesca a ritornare in forma prestissimo.

Hi friends, how are you?

Today, before getting ready for the second evening at the Palazzetto dello Sport to present the dance recital, I'm finishing up the boho-style balcony.

A new lamp to replace the broken paper one, a shelf to put a speaker on, and some new flowers to bring some color back to the balcony. What do you think? Next week, the finishing touches will be on the new sofa made by a carpenter.

That said, I need your help figuring out what outfit to choose for tonight and tomorrow night: three options: a new dress I bought in Cap d'Agde last time, a tracksuit in some really cute colors, and finally, a pair of pants with the option of two shirts.

I need something to cover the bloated belly I've had from eating too much green salad, and the low, tense midriff that probably also came from a little stress (according to the nutritionist the other day). At least I lost another 1 cm from my waist and increased my lean mass. Let's hope that with my new eating habits, I can get back in shape soon.
